We have five grades of walks:
Short Walks: About 2-2.5 hours (7-10km) on road and track.
Rambles Jan to Jun 2017: About 4-5 hours (15-20km) on road and track.
“A” Hillwalks: For very experienced hill walkers. Typically 5-7 hours on rough terrain with ascent/descent of 800-1200m.
“B” Hillwalks: For moderately experienced hillwalkers. About 5-6 hours on rough terrain with ascent/descent of about 500-800m.
“C” Hillwalks: Introductory walks for newcomers to hillwalking. Held once a month on Saturdays from March to October.
Short Walks Mid-week Wednesdays: About 1.5 hrs Wednesday evenings in Summer.
